A favorable experience and a satisfactory purchase. I liked that when they provided me with the cost it included everything-taxes, license fee, etc. That way I new exactly at the time of purchase what it was going to cost me. People were friendly and helpful.

I was on a tight schedule, and they made sure my car was ready when I needed it. The phone/cashier was getting bugged be phone calls, other people, etc. was very courteous to everyone, but stayed focused on getting us taken care of. Great service and customer service by all.
