While I was purchasing my new car, I overheard the lady in charge of the paperwork tell my salesman that "I better get out of here by 9pm." It was 8:00. While I understand the inconvenience, I didn't waste much time with figuring out the car, test driving it, and paying. Super unprofessional. The car that I bought, a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, had a broken back up camera. I was told that my salesman, Louie, would be contacting me within a few days in order to get it fixed, free of charge. After a week, I called and he was not available so I spoke to John in the service department. He said he would speak to Louie and call me back as soon as possible, but by the end of the day. By noon the next day, I still had not heard from him so I called again. Louie was still not sure who could fix it, so I would need to wait a couple of hours more so that John could figure it out. I mentioned to them that I was hoping to get in the next week because I had to go back to work (I'm a teacher) and wanted to fix it before then. It took them another few days before I finally called back and was able to get an answer out of anyone, and I had to call and set the appointment at a different place. Took over two weeks to get the situation ramified.
They were ready for me when I dropped off my car. That same afternoon when I came back to pike up my care, it was ready to go, but they discovered something else that need working on so I made another appointment. I pleased they found it while the car is still under warranty.
The is the 2nd vehicle we've gotten from Griffin. The car buying process is one of my least favorite things to do, but Griffin made everything go smoothly and were NO PRESSURE whatsoever about the transaction. I highly recommend them.
