I travel for a living and have bought vehicles all over the country. It amazes me how many companies don't understand the seemingly simple concept that the easier you make it for people to buy from you, the more likely they are to do so. Fortunately, Griffin Ford is not of one of those companies. They get it. They make the experience smooth and seamless. My sincere thanks to Jordyn Magpoc, the Internet Manager, for her prompt response to my inquiry, Steve Pipito, my sales consultant, for handling a transaction from six states away with ease, and whatever Bill Griffin is paying Isabel Rojas, the F & I, he needs to double it. She was able to put a deal together when even I myself had some doubts. Nobody was pushy, there was no pressure, there were no underhanded tactics, just all-around professionalism and competence, both of which are sadly turning into a rarity.Great job, everyone, keep doing what you're doing, and I'm sure you'll see more success going forward. Love the truck so far, and the truck, in turn, loves being back in Florida!
