I first drove up to Griffin Ford in the afternoon about 1:30 pm. I was greeted by a sales rep that was happened to be outside. He walked me to the car I was interested in. No pressure to buy. I returned at 6:00 pm that night and asked for Mark. He showed me the car I had asked about earlier, let me take a test drive by myself. Upon return I asked the price, made my offer and met with a sales manager. They were both very gracious and easy to deal with. My experience was fast, easy and pressure less. This is the second car I've purchased from a Griffin dealership and have great experiences at both locations. I'd return again when necessary.
