We purchased a 2016 Escape with the help of Bob Groover who listened to our purchasing needs and was helpful and straightforward in negotiating the sale. Sam was equally helpful in closing the sale. We would recommend Griffin in Waukesha, and working with Bob and Sam to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Went in about a month ago just to look as we weren't quite ready to buy yet. Nick came out to great us and we couldn't have asked for a better sales guy. Since we didn't know exactly what we wanted, he gave us the keys to at least 3 different Explorers to test drive. The best part is that he allowed us to test drive by ourselves so we weren't uncomfortable while testing. After choosing the one we liked, we put a hold on it. Almost a month later, getting the best deal possible on the vehicle, we are proud owners of a 2017 Explorer Sport. Everything from Sales to Finance to the Sales Manager coming out to thank us and show sincere appreciation for our purchase, all was a great experience. The best part was having Nick come into work on his day off just so we could get the deal done on OUR time. Thanks Nick!
