Old school!!

We are very happy with the purchase of our Escape. The sales person, Steve, was very helpful, not high pressure, and understood the type of vehicle we were looking for. He suggested a couple of options, had us test drive them, and then sat down to talk about the financial aspect of the deal. This was not one of those "dreaded car buys", but actually an enjoyable experience. Once we made the decision to purchase, we shopped for our own financing, and while they have a great finance department, we were not pressured to use their selection. In fact, our finance specialist worked with our financing company and helped make the process painless. We recommend buying from Griffin.

What a great place to buy a truck. My sales person Tony was patient and not too pushy. I had a warranty issue and they bent over backwards to take care of it. They gave me a free loaner and called with updates to let me know what was happening so I schedule my day.
