My wife and I were looking to buy a second car and this was our first and only stop. We've gone car shopping in the past and have had some horrible experiences at other dealers, but from the start, it was a very laid back experience. There was no sales pressure and for the most part, the dealer let us steer the conversation. We told him about a crossover we saw online and he took us right to it. He let us take it for a test drive and when we sat down to talk details, he didn't ask us about price, payment, features, upselling or any of that typical car sales stuff.We had a price in mind that we were hoping to talk them down to, but this was only our second time buying a car, so they did a pretty good job of standing firm. They did give us some leeway, but not much. Besides that fact, everything else was very comfortable. The paperwork took an average amount of time, but the Financial Representative/Business Manager (Samm Thomas, with two m's) was very personable. She gave us additional options, but once again, no pressure and worked with us on financing.Overall, it was a favorable experience.
