Up to this point the service department has done a very good job of fixing all the problems that All-World Ford left and said we're normal. Still waiting on some parts from Ford to finish the job. At that time I hope that they will also be able to find what is still rattling underneath.Angelo has done a very good job at communicating. That is also something All-World Ford couldn't do.Griffin Ford has done a great job.

I was treated very well, Jason was able to answer all questions, I purchased my f150 for less and received more options. I had originally went to different ford dealership that got greedy and made me wait until Monday to buy my new truck. I took that as a sign and tried Griffin, best decision I made!

Bob used cars was very helpful. He directed me to Luke Alva. Luke took his time and explained all the different options that are available to meI definitely will be coming back in the short future to purchase a Ford F'150 truck.I have bought my truck . 2018 Ford F-150 sport package. I got it in the color and option packages that I wanted. Luke Alva did a great job with showing me all the options and how they worked.Melissa in finance did a great job finding me a finance package that met my needs. Closing was easy and simple. We will definitely be coming back to shop for a vehicle for my wife in a few years.Any and all personnel were very courteous and helpful.
