This was my first online purchase of a new vehicle, and it was out of state. I chose Griffin Ford because they had in stock the very specific vehicle I was looking for, a Ford explorer based model. The Griffen Ford website had a lot of information and tons of pictures of the vehicle so I decided to pursue the purchase. I completed the online contact form and a gentlemen from Griffen, Mark Linsmeier , contacted me back within a few minutes. I told him which vehicle I was looking at and he explained the vehicle, its history and how they acquired it, he also offered to send any additional information and pictures that I would like. He also allowed me time to think about my purchase and make sure I wanted it without the normal high pressure sales approach. He simply said when you are ready contact me back. After a few days I decided to move forward and contacted Mark back. He was delighted to hear from me and he contacted the financing department for me. That department contacted me almost immediately and I gave them my relevant details within just a few minutes. They said they would put together a financing offer and get back to me within a day, which they did. Their terms were actually lower than I was expecting and I agreed to the terms to purchase the vehicle. The financing department filled out all the paperwork and put all the documents in an overnight fedex envelope for me to sign at my convenience along with a prepaid return envelope. I sent the documents back and the same day of the return of the documents, they had completed the transaction. The only problem left was getting the vehicle some 1500 miles to my home state. Well, again Mark stepped up to the plate, he said they ship vehicles all the time and have a very trusted shipper they use frequently. Mark actually arranged all the shipping for me. The shipper called me to give me the price, which was comparable to any online auto shipping place but I have the confidence of a major dealership's endorsement behind it. So the shipper said the vehicle would arrive by the following Saturday, it arrived 2 days early !! And in perfect condition, no hassle no fuss and absolutely no problems. This transaction reminded me of shopping on amazon, it was almost one click buying but also having the support of an amazing team that is dedicated to customer service. If you are looking to buy online or buying from a different state I highly recommend Griffin and Mark Linsmeier, I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Before that, I serviced my previous vehicle here for routine maintenance. I love that they have flexible hours and give you cookies at the end of each service! And just so you know, out of all the cars and trucks I have driven in all kinds of terrain - the Ford F-150 Raptor is the best of the best without a doubt.
Highly, highly highly recommend Griffin Ford! My mom started leasing a new Ford Edge a few months ago and I purchased a used Ford Escape shortly after, both from Griffin Ford and we could not be happier! My mom was upside down on her previous vehicle and Griffin was very accommodating with fitting the remaining payments into her lease payments and staying within her budget. She has so many amazing options on her car as well. Definitely recommend leasing through Griffin if you are in the same situation, they are very helpful with any lease questions-even months later!! My used car is great as well. Has awesome features and Griffin was helpful in finding a car in similar price and quality of my trade-in and fewer miles! I suggest anyone to Griffin Ford in the market for a vehicle-new or used!!
