Worst service department ever. Customers are an inconvenience and treated as such.

My vehicle is working great.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Griffin Ford!. I first went there two weeks ago to get my car's emissions tested. It was quick and the waiting room was comfortable (and the popcorn was awesome!)Then, I decided that my old car was not up to finishing out the rest of this Wisconsin winter. So, I went back and visited their used car department. They helped me find a car I could afford that would also be reliable. I LOVE my new (to me) car and love how much more mileage I get out of each gallon.

Service visit went very very well. Treated courteously by everyone at Griffin.
