We visited numerous Ford dealers looking at 2019 Edge's and ended up buying from Griffin Ford.The sales team from Matthew and Kip to the Phil in the finance department were all very friendly and professional and took their time in answering any questions we had.We did not feel rushed or pressured at anytime during the process.

I needed to bring my car in for an oil change and a recall. We arrived on time for our 9:00 appt. And were told could be up to 4 hours. They had completed everything in 2 hrs.Awesome service. Warm and friendly environment

Horrible dealership. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Broken promises and lies. I am returning the truck that I purchased.Update: After a few weeks of trying to reach John, Anton reached out and was very professional and able rectify the problems right away. I will update again once its finalized.

I've worked with Steve at the service department several times over the past few years and I must say, he makes the experience seamless, professional and pleasant. Always has. Getting your car repaired is not always a pleasant experience, however Steve is empathetic and does his best to make the process quick and with the least amount of headache. He is a gem.
