In for routine maintenance, in and out, excellent turnaround

Got reimbursement for my fix in time after complaining about an repair, good place but just need to talk with right person at right time.Service manager was very helpful.

Griffin Ford did an exceptional job on getting me the deal, financing and price range I needed to have for my truck. My deal was all over phone, text and internet due to my distance of travel. They had everything done and was in and out in a half hour with an exceptional truck with absolutely no flaws!I would and will send friends to purchase from them. I needed my 2017 Ford Escape checked out and took it to Griffin Ford. They were the best! The Service advisor Matt, the cashier lady, and the driver that took me to and from work - all were awesome!! From this experience I have decided my business only goes to Griffin Ford.
