Responsive and great execution! No hassle and no surprises...After some serious internet searching, found a great price on a slightly used truck in Griffin's inventory. Called and they put a hold on the truck to allow time for us to drive 500 miles to look at it. Exactly as described, and the test drive and review of the truck was no pressure.Although a cash deal, the time with the finance office to sign paperwork was fast, efficient and not more than 15 minutes at the price agreed on the phone...and best of all, no attempt to upsell!We would buy from Griffin again without question.
The salespeople were very helpful and employees always asked if we'd been helped while passing by. The financing end of things was a long wait and felt a bit rushed.The plus side to the wait is they offer a lot of snacks, coffee and comfortable area with television. We feel we got a fair deal on a truck and good value for our trade. We plan on going back for regular maintenance etc.
