If you are looking for a car, go see Louie at Griffin Ford in Waukesha! He was simply amazing and went above and beyond expectations. He was not pushy and made the process smooth from start to finish. This is my first Ford and Louie helped to take away any concerns or hesitations. I would recommend Louie to anyone as he will treat you right!

I highly recommend going to Griffin Ford If you are in need of a new car. I went in with my mom who was interested in a Ford fiesta and was helped by Nic DiStasio. From the test drive all the way through the completion of the purchase he was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. My mom is thrilled with her new car and I plan on going back when it's time for me to purchase a new vehicle.
Nice people . The only reason not 5 stars is because I was hoping for more off on a used vehicle then what offered. Cash up front too. Otherwise a pleasant experience. Update 2/11/2019. Was told they do emission tests when vehicle purchased. They gave me a 2020 sticker to apply to license plate and did so thinking the emission test passed and that was that. Approximately 7 days later, I get a letter from the DMV telling me to get emission test done or plates will be suspended. What??! Tried calling dealership rep that took care of me, but had to leave a voicemail which I never indulge in. So had to go to get emissions done on my own. Thank goodness vehicle passed. Rant over.
