My SUV was recently serviced at Griffin Ford. Everyone in the service department was friendly and professional. Jon Schilder went above and beyond what was necessary in keeping me informed as to the progress during the time of the installation and service work being performed. The waiting room area had been improved since my last visit. So nice to enjoy the new coffee and cappuccino machines and basket of healthy choice snacks.

Griffin Ford Understands quality customer services and delivers it, consistently. I have not had anywhere near a bad experience nor anything short of superb each and every call, service experience and in-person visit. I've been with Griffin Ford for the past 7 yrs. I will likely be a lifelong customer simply due to the quality customer service and quality product/vehicle alike even given all the product on the market to choice from. Thank you Griffin Ford and well-done!

We've purchased 3 vehicles at Griffin. The experience for the last purchase was good. But we weren't given a second Key or key Fob for one of the vehicles. Jorge hasn't returned my calls for the keys.

Car was nice, they fixed the blower motor that wasn't working properly, we worked out a compromise as the vehicle needed tires. There was a shimmy in the front end that we thought would be taken care of prior to purchasing. Drove it, only through town, seemed fine, on the way home the shimmy was back at any speed over 60 mph. We had spent 2.5 hours on a Friday night with our kids waiting on financing and paperwork with our kids. We didn't want to go back as it was 7:30 when we left and had an hour 15 min drive home yet. I emailed the salesman the following morning (Saturday 10/13) to see if they could look at it again as the sales manager had stated they shimmy would be addressed. Still haven't heard back and it's Tuesday 10/16. Everyone was friendly so that helped the experience, just wish we would have taken it on the highway before signing the papers.

Found car I was looking for at the price that fit my budget. Pete was very helpful with information and the whole experience was straight forward and reasonably quick. Also got the value for my trade that I was expecting.
