We have a Focus that we keep in storage and recently needed to use it. The battery had to be charged and we drove it directly to Griffin Ford's Service Department early evening (without an appointment). They kept it overnight, replaced the battery (under warranty), checked the FOBs and had it ready for us the next day. Service was prompt, courteous, and there were no issues with just stopping in to have service.
