I don't know what the deal is in regards to washing the vehicle after the service is completed. The last two times I was told we will wash your vehicle before you pick it up and both times this did not happen. The dealership has sold me two new Fords the past two years and they are professional, courteous, and proficient in their work other than the above mentioned issue. Recommended dealership non the less.
