After my wife's car broke down, we stopped by Griffin Ford having a general idea about what we needed. Bob Groover not only found the exact vehicles that I was looking at online, but also found similar ones that we had no idea about and had us look into those as well. His outstanding knowledge of their inventory put us in a great car that my wife (and I) absolutely love. I asked for a bunch of business cards to give my friends when they are in the market of needing a new vehicle. Griffin Ford was a great place to shop and will gladly go there again.Their maintenance department is also incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and honest- the three pillars I look for in customer service for a vehicle. A big shout out to their team (especially Matt) for helping my wife and I make informed decisions about what to do. I have taken every vehicle I have owned in to them for regular maintenance and always leave 100% satisfied.I honestly cannot stress enough how much I reccomend this place and their team in literally every department.
