The financing between my bank and their finance department was seamless. When Nick was driving the Ford Flex from final prep to us he heard a noise and took it to their shop. There was a problem that required fixing. Nick presented us with two solutions, I did not drive my vehicle home that day. Griffin Ford fixed the issue and delivered it to us the next day to a local Ford dealership in Rockford, IL. Everyone we encountered was naturally pleasant and helpful.
