I searched long and hard for an F150. I called into Griffin Ford a salesman named Matt Thornburg answered the phone, I had a lot of questions about the F150 I was looking at, Matt was able to answer all my questions immediately, without having to call me back like other dealerships. Matt had the truck clean and ready when I came in for the test drive. He didn't have to go get it or find it in back it was pulled up right in front ready to go! Matt was great, he wasn't your typical salesman you could clearly tell he cared about the customer experience and wasn't just out for a sale, he didn't push us at all. Matt was amazing and I couldn't be happier with my new F150! If you plan on looking at used truck just call in and ask for Matt Thornburg, he's the salesman's you want cause he's here for the customer and not just a sale!!!!
