Frank Ballendux, New Vehicle Sales Consultant, was especially friendly toward me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process which I greatly appreciated. It was obvious to me that he is a true professional. Kay Horn, Business Manager, was likewise very professional, noticeably highly competent, and very thorough in the conduct of our business. On top of it all I am very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. I highly recommend Griffin Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
