I came to Griffin Ford from another Ford dealership and I was extremely frustrated. The management at the other dealership had treated me poorly and I believe it was due to the fact that I was a woman buying a truck. Pete greeted me and asked if he could help me. After giving him a short version of the situation, I drove a truck I found in their on-line inventory. Pete was friendly, helpful and did NOT apply a bunch of high pressure sales tactics. My husband and I returned that evening to drive a slightly different truck and were helped by Mike Griffin, also friendly and helpful, since Pete was not working that evening. The next day I returned, worked comfortably with Pete and bought a truck. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Pete and Griffin Ford to others!

Was looking for a very specific vehicle and Griffin Ford actually had a couple to choose from. Tony Faraos the sales person I was working with knew of a vehicle that was not even on the lot yet but knew it would fit my request.Took me a couple of trips to the dealer but I got exactly what I was looking for.Very happy with the experience.

Griffin Ford has an excellent service department. This is the first dealer I have had complete confidence in in 50 years of car ownership.

The entire staff at Griffin Ford was phenomenal. Especially Steve O. They went above and beyond to work with my crazy schedule. They scoured the city looking for the right part to get me back on the road quickly. And I would return for additional vehicle maintenance here without any hesitation. They are the definition of a customer-focused team.
