The professionalism and customer care of the entire Griffin Ford staff were evident in every aspect of the purchase of my 2020 Ford Escape: from the Sales Manager, Glen Pavlovich, to my Sales Representative, Alisha, to Brandon in the finance office. They all explained the process very thoroughly. Aisha did a great job of explaining all of the 'new to me' features of my Escape. The icing on the cake was meeting Jim Griffin. Shopping and buying with Griffin Ford was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! They will always be at the top of my list when looking for a new or used vehicle.
