Easy used car buying experience. I worked with Dave. He was knowledgeable and willing to work on details to make a deal. I loved being able to test drive the vehicle alone. That experience alone helped me tremendously by allowing me to really drive and get a good feel of the vehicle, without a stranger sitting with me. I loved that! Chris finalized the sale, and he was also fabulous. He went through all the paperwork quickly, but paused and explained with further detail, whenever necessary. This is my 2nd purchase from Griffin Ford, and I will be a returning customer in the future!

Service, as usual, was prompt & friendly. No attempt was made so sell me unneeded service. Customer waiting area was clean, comfortable, and CoVid arranged. Good experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Zach, our salesman was polite, respectful, and professional. Everyone we encountered was the same--clearly the staff enjoys working for Griffin. Our next vehicle will be from Griffin, too!
