This is my 5th purchase from Griffin. Each time I have had a good experience. Have there been hiccups? Sure! But they have always made it right. This time when I decided to upgrade my current vehicle I worked with Pete. He was super helpful, consistent and friendly. Everyone we met was very nice and helpful. To give Pete credit he even tried to talk me into a cheaper vehicle, which I appreciate. So far the truck is great and the customer service I received from Pete and the team were great!

They fixed a problem on my fiance's car that no one else has been able to figure out for the past year! We are so thankful and happy.

We found the exact vehicle we were looking for. Bob made the purchase process easy and stress free! When we picked up the vehicle, Bob walked my entire family through all the options and programmed my teenager's phones into Bluetooth. The car was washed and filled up with gas.
