Service was fine and prompt, but this is the second time I had to go back in the service area to get my wheel lock adapter back. I would have been in a jam if I needed it on the highway somewhere and didn't have it.

Bob Groover at Griffin Ford did a wonderful job. He got me a great deal on my trade in and into the vehicle of my choice. He's honest and easy to work with. I would definitely return to them for my next vehicle purchase.

I purchased my Edge a year ago and have been happy with the service. The service department IS very busy so I've learned to plan ahead for my regular maintenance. They generally get you in promptly for appointments, and the service advisors and cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Appointment was at 8:00. They took me in immediately and we waited comfortably in the waiting area. Work was done with in a half hour or not much longer. Customer service rep came out to communicate with me when complete. Car washed and oil change complete. I only have our trucked serviced at this dealership because I trust their workmanship and I always feel that I am treated fairly. Thank you, Griffin Ford!
