We were very satisfied with our Sales Rep Briar, that went the extra mile in bringing the price into line with what we were after, for the pre-owned Explorer that we bought on Sat. 2/10/18. However, there is nothing more frustrating, that to wake up to 8" of snow, to be warmly greeted by a dead battery, not even 12 hours after driving it off of your lot. The more frustrating part, will be that we'll have to take time out of our already busy schedules on a Monday morning, to go spend another chunk of change to replace that Battery, when I would have presumed that the Griffin Ford would have ensured that the vehicle was fully functional, before I drove away with it.I am angry beyond words, after spending $28,000 on this beautiful vehicle, to have to turn around and open my wallet yet again so that the dang thing will operate! I am not pleased in the least since my limited 3 month warranty has a $200.00 deductible, so there is not recourse from having to shell out the money to replace it...However...I did receive a call from the Sales Manager today (2/12/18), that rectified the situation by sending a check in the mail, to cover our costs for the new battery. It was a class act, that I will never forget! Thanks for such great customer service, to make things right!
You can tell this is a great place just by the atmosphere. They are always busy wether day or night so there must be a reason so many people go here. They take very good care of their customers and have a great selection of vehicles. I was a little disappointed with something being wrong with my vehicle the 2nd day but they are taking care of me. It's a little irritating because I live 40 minutes away but it is what it is. I also love my vehicle and I love ford!
The service was quick and efficient. I had received a coupon for a discounted Oil Change /Works Package in the mail, which made this a very reasonably priced service. In the past they've always washed the vehicle but not this time, thus the four star rating.
I just recently purchased a vehicle from Wayne in the Pre-Owned department at Griffin Ford. The sale went very smoothly and Wayne was very helpful. In fact, the whole team in the department was kind and welcoming. Even after the sale was complete, Wayne worked very hard to provide me with a second key (as only one was available with my car) free of charge. Also, this may seem small, but Wayne let me test drive the vehicle on my own. This created a very no-pressure environment to really see if the car was a good fit. I am very happy with my 2014 Ford Focus and very happy with the service at Griffin Ford.
