Tony was just great. He was very helpful and courteous. When I stopped at the Buick dealership down the street I walked around the lobby for a long time and no one ever came up to me.

I have purchased several vehicles from Griffin Ford. Every time, so far, I have had great experiences. Peter was very patient with me in regards to my purchase.

I spotted a used Explorer Sport-Trac on my day off, stopped in and spoke with Jim Paolo. He showed me the truck and we made arrangements to look at. When we stopped in, the truck was gone! I told my wife...."THEY SOLD IT!!". So I was hell bent on running into the show room to tare up some butts, but we saw that Jim had the Sport Trac cleaned up and waiting for us in front of the building! Not only that, a few little blems I pointed out were taken care of!The folks at Griffin made this sale happen, from Jim to the trade in estimator to their finance department. There was a few potential deal breakers, but they worked as a team and got it done. My wife is beyond happy and not only that, they made me a customer when I'm ready for a new vehicle.Thanks Jim and Griffin, we'll be back!
