I was treated very nice by everyone. My purchase experience was relaxed and all went well. My wife and I both recommend this dealer. They were so helpful to both of us. They even ordered a new owners manual for my wife.

I purchased my used Escape at this dealership about six months ago. Overall the trade in and buying process went smooth and have had no major issues with the vehicle.Dave N. was our sales person, and he was available and willing to answer my questions before, during and after all of it. Even six months later after I had a minor problem with the service department he followed up directly with me. I appreciate his business ethic. Hopefully in the next few years when I change vehicles he's still there to work with again. I wasn't the easiest to deal with so I appreciate his patience.I got my first oil change from the service department and I appreciate the positive demeanor of the staff. It's also convenient that the dealership has a chat feature online- I dropped off my vehicle and forgot to mention a detail, and I got on my phone, went to their website and was able to chat with them within minutes.Good location, convenient services colocated, so overall I'm very happy.
