This was a short notice request to check the electrical system after a relatively new battery expired. Griffin team scheduled for drop off, and promptly tested the car the next day, and found everything to be satisfactory. The issue had been the battery, which was not replaced by them. Great outcome, quick service, and no issue working with the car. Much appreciated.
Excellent customer service. Not overly pushy. Couldn't answer all my questions about the vehicle but it was a Tacoma trade-in and they are a Ford Dealership so I hardly blame them. About as pleasant a dealership experience as could be asked. Even sent me a check back when they discovered I'd overpaid some.
