Great service! I felt comfortable the entire time in the purchasing of buying my car all alone. I felt like my sales rep Aisha helped out in every way that she could and really helped me understand every part of the buying process. The finance team talked me through every single piece of paperwork, however it didn't take forever which was nice. Management team was variable to help with any additional questions I had since I was a first time solo buyer. I will continue to go to this location for all oil changes and car maintenance.Thanks again!

Got to speak with the service tech that worked on my truck.Got a pretty detailed explanation on what transpired. That was good.He sounded as he knew his stuff. I'm an industrial maintenance mechanic who wants a professional to work on my vehicles. Service advisor was also helpful. Good experience as I have come to expect.

As usual Griffin Ford did a great job of servicing my car and checking all the different things. As an older woman this is very important to me to feel safe to drive my car after I have had it in for servicing. Thank you to everyone.
