Griffin Ford always does a good job whenever we bring our vehicle in for servicing.

Just purchased a used car from Griffin Ford. What a great experience. Worked with Matt Thornburg and he made sure we found the van we were looking for. He answered all our questions and made sure we had all the time we needed to complete the purchase. If you're looking for to purchase vehicle I highly recommend Matt Thornburg and Griffin Ford.

My service rep Steve was very helpful. He was able to complete everything I requested in a timely manner including the oil change, air bag light concerns, flat tire repair and replacement, interior detailing and an estimate for repairs to passenger doors. The only thing that could not be assessed was the engine noise, however Steve was able to schedule the next available appointment for 2/26/2020.

Matt was very helpful and went the extra mile in resolving my issue.
