I am very happy with my Ford Escape. Tony Miller was great to work with.

Our service at Griffin Ford was excellent, as usual. Called and told them what the car was doing and an appointment was scheduled. After they check the car they said the repair would take a while and gave me a ride home. They called later that day when the car was finished and we went back and picked it up. They told us before they began the repairs how much the cost would be, etc. Very pleased with their service. Our service advisor was Steve Ahrens and he was great.Once again our service at Griffin was excellent. Our service advisorthis time was Angelo Gagliano. He told us what all they woulddo to the car and how long it would take and he was exactlyright. The staff is friendly and their waiting room comfotableand full of snacks! Great place.

Steve was great got my car done quick and didn't charge me for an item that everyone else probably would have charged me over 100 bucks. Thanks
