I recently found myself needing a new vehicle. I did alot of online looking to find a vehicle that met all of my standards. Which led me to Griffin Ford who led me to Matt Thornburg in their used vehicles department. I owe Matt a huge shout out. He was straight forward with me about the vehicle i was looking at and very awesome at answering ny question.(which for the little i do know about cars was a lot of questions.) He made my car buying experience a miracle and a blessing. I will be going back to Griffin Ford for all my cars! Thank you Matt Thornburg I love my car!!!

This was my first and may be my last service done at Griffin. Oil change and fix a door lock. Got home and found a 1 X 2 foot Water Shield in my back seat that was not reinstalled. Took it back the next day to install the water shied and wad informed they broke a piece of trim while reinstalling the door panel. It's on order so will have to go back again. Looking today and I see black smudges on the door panel from the mechanic that were not cleaned up. And I didn't get a car wash. Not a good first impression.After returning one more time, all was fixed to my satisfaction. I was given priority service and the repair was done right, and quickly. Service personnel were very appologetic. I am satisfied with the results. Will give them another chance.
