I was very pleased with my buying experience. They were very professional. I would recommend them.

We had found a truck we were interested in online and salesman Matthew Thornburg called me back within minutes of showing interest. He had it waiting for us when we got to the dealership. Matt was great to work with and had a lot of information on the vehicle. The only reason this is a four start review instead of five is because we were there almost three hours. Thankfully they have a really nice waiting area with kids toys, snacks, drinks, and a TV.

Bought my first Ford truck here, and the salesman that helped me was Frank. He helped me with everything and made the buying process so easy. I would definitely go back and purchase future vehicles from him and griffen ford!!
