Service Reps were extremely helpful and polite and Lisa Czechan went the extra mile for us to get our vehicle back in a timely manner.

I always get regular maintenance on my 2010 Ford Flex done at the service department. The service is great, the price is very fair, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Upon inspection they'll let you know of other items that may need to be done without putting pressure on you to do them right now. I like that. They even wash your car too. If it's raining you can even stop by on a later date and they'll wash it for you then. The waiting area is large and there's always coffee, doughnuts, and popcorn at the counter. Always a good experience.

The sales person who helped me (mark L) was excellent. I felt he truly partnered with me on the purchase on my car and found a verhicle that met my needs and budget. I will be buying all of my cars from Mark!Great service in service dept!
