Shopped online looking for a used Ford Fusion Titanium with low miles. Found several at different places. Nick Griffin and Chris in finance were willing to work with me on a deal through email, text and phone calls because I was 4 hrs away. The deal for the Fusion and the trade in on my car was all completed before I ever stepped on to the lot. I drove up test drove the car and and finished the deal at the dealership with the exact cost that we had previously agreed on with no hidden charges or fees. They were very helpful and willing to work on a fair deal for the car and my trade in. I appreciate the smooth process and their willingness to work with me even though I was not able to see the car until the day of the final transaction. Very happy with the car and the process. Good guys and people to work with, overall great experience in buying my car from them.

I don't generally like car dealerships. But Griffin is different. They treat you better than most. No high pressure sales. Honest service. I will go out of my way to buy and get service from Griffin verses other dealerships in the area.Update:. Something with ownership or management has changed. Just not the same great place anymore 😔.

Excellent service, honesty personified, courteous, helpful staff, timely repairs, excellent mechanics, and the list goes on. I buy all of my vehicles from Griffin, always Fords (my vehicle of choice) I was treated like a Queen.. Thanks so much for everything all of you do.
