We had a 7:30 appointment on 8/29. My wife rushed to get there on time, only to be told that the mechanics don't come in until 8:00 AM She had other places to be and this really put a crunch in her morning. Why do you make appointments for 7:30 if nobody is going to be there. Otherwise we have not have any problems with your service department.She did miss the donuts tho.

We purchased a used F-150 with 75k. We only had it a few months and ran into some mechanical issues. Griffin Ford worked with us on the repair and really came through! Thank you to Nick and our service writer Lisa for their awesome customer service and doing what was right! We will be back again for our next vehicle!Ben and Kristin

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me with everything. He was great. The service was fast and surprisingly didn't break my bank. I always come to Griffen when I summer up here for all my car needs. And will keep coming back! You guys rock!
