Very friendly staff, and very professional. I purchased an used truck I found through Car Gurus. Was contacted in 10 minutes after submitting an inquiry by Alex Griffin.I was treated very well upon arrival at the dealership and through the entire process of purchase.I have had a problem with the vechile that required me to return it to the dealership for service. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Alex the same day I sent my email. The service department and Anton made for a very pleasant expierence, even though I had purchased a used vehicle they had a loaner available for me and insured that the truck would be fully repaired , at no additional cost to me.Your dealership has earned high scores from me.

My entire experience at Griffin Ford was exceptional. I felt welcomed and was never pressured during the initial visit, test drive, or eventual purchase. Pete was accommodating and friendly, responsive and receptive to my inquiries, and altogether pleasant to work with. Phil in finance completed the experience and I do not regret deciding to go out of my comfort zone and consider Ford.
