Love the Griffin service department. A lot of dealers are shady, but not Griffin. I love knowing that I can trust theses guys. I've no doubt that I'll be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future as trust must be earned which they have done. On more than one occasion they have saved me money -pointing out a coupon or a special they were running that I wasn't aware of.

It's the simple things that make the biggest impact. They took my F-150 in for a small rattle on a day they told me they were booked solid. They had me out the door in less than an hour after finding a broken exhaust clamp. The nicest thing was that they replaced the clamp at no charge!! Thank you Griffin Ford.

Had a busted windshield wiper pulled in got a new one and gone in 10 minutes. Thanks to them!!

I was able to schedule an appointment to come in and have my trade evaluated. When I arrived I was immediately helped and provided with several options to choose from based on my needs. This will be my 2nd car I have purchased from Griffin and will continue to return in the future.

Excellent experience from internet sales, to in dealership, to closing. I wasn't pressured into something that wasn't a fit for my family or out of budget. We were treated like our needs actually mattered. I'll be going back again.
