My 2016 Explorer XLT had low rear brake pads after 21,000 miles. These are mostly hiway miles. Ford only warranties brake pads for 1-yr or 18k miles. So, Griffin understanding my displeasure that no new car should go through a brake job at 21K, goes to work on my behalf. They found a seized-up caliper on the rears and had the repairs done under warranty as it should have been. Why it had to be a fight with Ford, I don't know...but the Griffin service rep and manager made it right and saved me a $400 repair need.
Wayne Pipke was awesome! Did not make me feel pressured to make any decisions and was always honest with me. They were able to help me find my dream car. I asked to take it to my own personal mechanic before making a decision and they were very accommodating of that. The car was in excellent condition. Wayne and the people from Griffin Ford could not have made this a better experience for a first time car buyer.
I've had nothing but good experiences with the service department. I've taken my cars there for all their matinence the last few years. Had two service appointments in the last month. Both times Dustin A helped me and was great. I had a left over issue from when I bought my escape in July 2017 and he took care of it. I felt like he went above and beyond to fix the issue.
I Love my Ford Edge that I purchased in April! Briar was great to work with! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a good deal and a friendly salesman. He gets right to the point :)
Great staff. I was able to trade and close the deal in 15 minutes. Unlike other dealers.
