We have been looking for a Ford edge a long time and did some research. When we came across Griffith Ford that had good reviews we took a 150 mi ride and we're put in contact with Wayne and let us drive a few cars and found the right one for my wife Wayne was very professional and helpful. Andrea was my sales person. Excellent. Didn't feel pressured. Once I purchased the vehicle she walked through everything with me. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend Andrea anytime. I love my new Ford Escape.

Great staff, very friendly. They made us feel welcome each time we came. Never owned a Ford, we had expected to look at/buy another Honda but never made it to the other dealership. Found the car my wife liked and got a good deal on it. Time spent at the dealership was minimal. Griffin made the whole deal relatively easy! There were a couple of concerns with the car but they were addressed before we picked it up.
