Needed a battery replaced. Called on a Monday morning to see if they could get it in that day. They told me they would squeeze it in sometime that day. Upon arriving at 7:30 to a very busy service department, I was squeezed into a slot at 11:30. At 10:30 I received a call letting me know that my vehicle was done. Hats off to a job well done. Thanks Griffin service. I will be back.
