Had some transmission issues & an oil change. The service techs did a great job finding the transmission problem & repairing it. Customer service representative kept me up to date on the repairs and the car was fixed the same day. I appreciated the ride to work & back as well.

Negotiating with Wayne and the manager, Loren, was fast and straight forward, and we felt we were offered a fair price for our trade in.

Recently bought a new car from Griffin. The Sales team was super helpful with the whole process and made my experience worthwhile. The saleswoman Andrea was exceptionally helpful, she made sure to answer every question I had and made me feel as if I was a good friend and not just a customer. She even referred me to an outstanding insurance agent. Perfect car buying experience!
