My sales person, Wayne Pipke, was theeee best. He was super helpful, super friendly, and always went the extra mile to have the suv I was looking at nice and toasty warm on the coldest days. He made me feel super welcome and comfortable through my purchase. I would definitely recommend going here. Even their finance associate, Samantha Thomas, was incredible. She was very informative and even gave me great guidance with an issue I was dealing with from a previous purchase with a different dealership. Im am so happy that I went to Griffin Ford and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I really put Nick through the gauntlet on this one. I came in originally on a new Escape. Then I had Nick show me a variety of used Escapes and Fusions that fit my needs. However, I ended up switching back to a New Focus, and that's the car I ended up buying. Throughout the whole process Nick was very patient with my indecisiveness, and made sure I understood the benefits of every choice I made. I will be recommending Nick to anyone looking for a new vehicle because he really set the bar high, and did not resemble the stereotypical persona of a car salesman.

Our 2017 Ford Fiesta is the 2nd car we have purchased from Griffin Ford and Frank Ballendux. We had a friend of ours and long time customer of Frank's refer us and boy are we glad he did. We had a great experience both times and extremely happy with the customer service. Frank is so great to work with if there is the smallest problem he gets on it right away and remedies the problem. We worked with Samm Thomas for the financing, she did a great job explaining everything and making it very painless for us. I have all my service on my Escape done at the dealership and those folks in service are also awesome to work with and very accommodating I know that my husband will also be taking his car back for his service. This is my husbands first new car and he absolutely loves it. We will forever be Griffin Ford customers.

Great family owned company to work with on your next vehicle purchase. We had just had a car totaled out and needed to move pretty quickly to replace it. My family opted to go used and found a wonderful Escape that has been well taken care of. Wayne Pipke was great to work with. He was patient during the search, but also moved quickly when finalizing the deal. All in all, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend using Griffin Ford and if you go used, go Wayne Pipke.
