I am very happy about the car that I bought. Everyone is so nice and courteous. It was refreshing not to have everyone jumping at me the minute I came onto the lot. I definitely recommend Griffin Ford.

Just bought my Mazda3 there this week.Have gone over the car completely and put on couple hundred miles and no issues other than a tire out of balance and a headlight burned out (waukesha train tracks!!!!). Honestly I have to say the used cars in that lot overall are in the best condition that Ive seen at other dealerships. The people there (atleast the ones I dealt with) were nice, helpfull and treated my sister and I with respect. I have been searching for well over a month for a nice 5 speed mazda3 or mazda6 and have been to well over to a dozen places. All of which take the best pics of their best cars to lure people in. when I get there and look around a bit, as i dont just check out only the car im interested in, I instantly see rust, dents, dings, shitty detailing, leaks, problematic chasis issues and even test drove one with a horrible rod knock. They all claimed their cars are checked over and repairs needed are done....but then i look through the dirty ass alloy rims with worn tires to see cut up rotors and pads worn to the iron I instantly knew what theyre full of. I wont even get started about their C-sucking sales people (Wilde Dodge!). Griffin wasnt like that, their cars were clean, and have obviously been serviced. Many even had brand new tires, brakes and exhaust systems installed. The only thing about this place id have to complain about is that i ended up only paying a few bucks below blue book value. My fault im sure as I hopped out of it with a raging hard on, but as a deal shopping cheapskate this hurt my pride/behind a bit. Overall I am happy with my new wheels (Best condition for the year ive seen yet) and would recomend this place to others. Cheers!

I've had a very positive experience with Griffin Ford. On a referral from a friend, I purchased my 2014 Ford Escape here last Labor Day weekend. Incentives were good and the price was right without feeling like I was getting "hassled." Service appointments here are a treat - coffee, donuts, popcorn, cookies, and a free car wash. Pricing is better here than at most "drive-in" oil change places, too; so you're really getting your money's worth. Staff have always treated me with respect and a smile. I recommend them to others frequently!
