I have been impressed with Griffin Ford since I purchased my vehicle. Tried another dealership closer to my daytime job, however recieved the WORST service ever. There was no way I was going to take it back to them. So I thought of Griffin Ford, where I bought my vehicle. They treated me so nice during the purchase and not just because I was spending alot of money with them. I am so glad I chose them. From the first phone call to picking up my vehicle I was treated with A++ service. No hassles with the rental car, made sure they understood my concerns and then took care of my concerns. Even with an intermittant problem they were very helpful. This will be my new place for service when needed. Thank you Griffin Ford!

Griffin Ford has always treated me well over the years. That is why I keep coming back. I almost always purchase a used vehicle and I always seem to find a great deal on the car I want at Griffin.Their service department is top notch as well. They always explain the repairs needed to me ahead of time and do a great job of telling me what I do NOT have to fix.They will tell me that I have xxx many miles left before I should probably consider replacing brake pads for example. So, I know that I will have this expense coming up in the future and am not blind sided by the cost later.Good honest folks at Griffin!!
