Questioned a policy had with buying car not sure if helped with oil changes.The rep looked into it and advised me of his findings. He wanted to make sure not charge for something the plan allowed. Great follow up

Always great service

Took my car in for recall work, everything was great. They asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash when I dropped the car off. I said yes. They wrote it on their paper. Picked up the car after the work was done and the car was not washed. Not a big deal, but follow through if you're offering to do something.
