Excellent and fair service.

My husband and I found the vehicle we have been looking for at Griffin Ford. Nick was very kind and helpful, especially since we are from Illinois. The financing between my bank and their finance department was seamless. When Nick was driving the Ford Flex from final prep to us he heard a noise and took it to their shop. There was a problem that required fixing. Nick presented us with two solutions, I did not drive my vehicle home that day. Griffin Ford fixed the issue and delivered it to us the next day to a local Ford dealership in Rockford, IL. Everyone we encountered was naturally pleasant and helpful.

Simply excellent!! No doubt about the great service,, new car sales, and the used car sales. Steve Ahrens is great and so is Jeff Windpassenger. Frank Ballendux is great in new care sales. Kipp Rupple is also great. I feel right at home at Griffin Ford.
