Griffin Ford took care of me and paid for my rental vehicle during a manufacturer warranty repair. I felt confident that I could rely on them to take care of me even though the issue wasn't their fault.

Griffin Ford is where you should be shopping for a vehicle. I got to work with Mark over the phone from here in Colorado. His service was top-notch and super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better sales associate. The folks at Griffin Ford were incredibly patient as I took my sweet old time to gather funds for a used car but unfortunately I wasn't able to follow through with the incredible deal they offered me due to unforeseen financial changes in my situation. Mark was very thorough and provided every detail I asked for and was very patient with me. It really sucks I couldn't get the car I wanted but I had a fantastic experience with Griffin Ford and I hope they continue to do great business!
